Order Fulfillment
At The Puff Pantry, we’re committed to ensuring your order is fulfilled accurately and on time. Below is an overview of our order fulfillment process:
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:30 PM PST will be processed the AVAILABLE next business day. The next available business day refers to the following weekday when regular operations resume, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey.
Verification Process:
- New customers are required to complete our identity verification process. You must send a video or FaceTime with @ThePuffPantryChef to verify your identity and avoid fraudulent activity.
Shipping Time:
- We offer UPS 3-Day Select, USPS Priority, and 2-Day Shipping options. Delivery times may vary depending on the method selected and your location.
- Orders typically ship the same day if placed before 12:30 PM PST. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Inventory & Availability:
- Our products are in high demand! We do our best to keep items in stock, but if an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately and provide alternative options or a refund.
Damaged or Delayed Orders:
- All shipments are insured. In case of a delay of over 7 days in transit, we’ll issue store credit for the full value of your order.
- If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.
